CCM first regular meeting

TBPeople Philippines is proud to attend the 1st Quarter Philippine Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) Meeting today, February 12, 2025, presided by our Secretary of Health Doctor Ted Herbosa at the Manila Grand Opera Hotel.

Doc Ted Herbosa stressed the negative impact on relying on international funding. With the U.S. governments’ announcement on pausing the delivery of health services and programs the secretary believes that domestic funding should be strengthened now.

Discovering the multi disease testing capacity of the Cobas 5800 and its Rifampicin and Isoniazid resistance capability which makes diagnosing faster. This continued learning strengthens our confidence as TB survivors, empowering us to keep fighting against TB.
