TBpeople Philippines at FujiFilm Turn-Over Ceremony for FDR Xair Donation

TBpeople Philippines takes pride in their attendance at the recent FujiFilm turn-over ceremony of the FDR Xair donation, a state-of-the-art digital X-ray instrument in the Philippines against tuberculosis. Such an activity is a new mark that signals the strong efforts to step up the diagnosis and treatment of this medical condition. With a perfect synergy with the Japan Ambassador to the Philippines, it will also see the formal handing over of this high-end equipment to the DOH and will be an embodiment of global collaboration in battling TB.  This would contribute to the detection of TB very early, especially in disadvantaged areas. Access to diagnostic tools still remains a challenge.

Such are the strengths of portability and advance imaging technology brought in by FDR Xair, as it facilitates easier access in reaching remote areas, improving health outcomes, and saving lives, that is through continued commitment between TBpeople Philippines and partners of the Department of Health. TBPeople Philippines are grateful to FujiFilm, the Japan Embassy, and the DOH for their dedication to making the Philippines TB-free. Such collaboration brings hope and motivates all stakeholders to work together for accessible and quality healthcare for every Filipino.

Together, we can bridge gaps, empower communities, and advance healthcare solutions for a TB-free future.
