The TBpeople Philippines Organizational, Inc. visited Davao and was excited to join forces with the TBpeople Davao. They are fully prepared to spread awareness and knowledge about tuberculosis (TB) among the people of Davao!
On Day 1, The team’s first stop was at Southern Philippines Polytechnic College, Inc., where they had the honor of meeting Mr. Windel Encarnacion, School Administrator, and Ms. Norma Sibonga, Principal. Here, they equipped faculty and staff with the knowledge and tools to identify and prevent TB transmission within the school environment.
Next, TBpeople Philippines visited 1Nature Corporation, where they were welcomed by Mr. Jospeh Magno, President. The session at 1Nature Corporation focused on empowering the company’s workforce to educate about TB in the Workplace.
The third stop found the TBpeople Philippines team at Wyvern Ventures/Snooze Inn & Suites, where they met with Ms. Angeli Yu Dellumes, Human Resource Officer. By educating staff at this hospitality establishment, TBpeople Philippines is working to prevent the potential spread of TB among guests and employees through TB in the Workplace.
